Acres of Fun Kennel has been our two dog’s “home away from home” for the past twenty years. Our first Maltese was our first “baby”, and we were, of course, nervous about boarding her anywhere as a puppy. We were living in the Far West End at the time but had heard of this kennel by friends who lived in Powhatan. We boarded her here that very first time and have never considered boarding our dogs anywhere else since then. Many kennels have popped up throughout the years with many of them being very close to our Central Chesterfield home but we’ve always felt that it’s well worth the drive to assure that our “baby” is safe and loved. This family owned business is like none other and the peace of mind when we leave her is well worth that drive! Lisa H.
